McLaren Vale / Adelaide Hills. A ‘garage’ blend, a small lot non classified high quality blend. Aged 18 months in french oak barrels. Very dark to black color with a nose of current and plums. Strong current and blackberry fruit taste with a very tart long peppery finish.

Refreshing fruit nose. Flavors of grapefruit and peach. Serve chilled. A good wine on a hot day. Made from the ancient assytiko grape native to Santorini Island. Grapevines are grown in circles on the ground to retain moisture and protection from the Aeolian winds.
