A Canadian entrepreneur who now has vineyards in California including areas in the famous Stag’s Leap district. This crisp white wine will go up against any of the New Zealand sauvignons with a nose of green apple, starfruit and citrus fruits. Flavors of tart apple, grapefruit and earth. A good finish. A good Californian Sauvignon Blanc.
Almost black in color, this aged wine has a lot to offer with a big nose of blackberry, boysenberry and tar. A full mouth of red fruits, cherry and blackberry coats the mouth with a long tart aftertaste.
McLaren Vale / Adelaide Hills. A ‘garage’ blend, a small lot non classified high quality blend. Aged 18 months in french oak barrels. Very dark to black color with a nose of current and plums. Strong current and blackberry fruit taste with a very tart long peppery finish.
